Keely is always amazing and I appreciate her. The front desk is always welcoming and engaging. I did notice now that bookings are at 20 minute intervals now? I’m not sure that leaves your stylists ample to to make a personal connection with your guests. To cut and clean the chair in 20 minutes, I feel is pushing your staff harder than necessary. The 30 minute intervals is ample time to make that connection and clean the chair for the next guest
