Stylists are relaxed (in a good way), listen/discuss needs and my stylist knows how to cut my hair (the 2nd person in decades). The atmosphere is creative and welcoming. The staff is where most of the good vibes come from.

Keeley at the Crossroad Floyds in Irvine is amazing. My daughter and I have been going to her exclusively since 2017. She is the best! Keep her at all costs, she is a treasure! My tween daughter loved her last haircut from earlier this week and is still raving about it.

Comfortable atmosphere. Could be more welcoming (smile, eye contact, customer engagement) at the front desk but everyone seems to be very focused on their tasks which is important so I can understand if the front desk might be more focused on product and performance over being welcoming and that’s ok. The stylist is very relatable kind and patient. We will be back.
