Deb at the Floyds in Irvine is the best. It's so hard to find a stylist who is expert at Alt hair styles like my A-line bob. I usually seek out a Floyds anyway because the stylists are edgier than your average salon. And here in the deep suburb of Irvine, Ca, it's especially important to have a place like this that stands out a bit from the surrounding ordinariness. On a side note, however, their online booking service could be improved as they don't adhere to it. So, I'm forced to make appointments the old fashion way through a phone call. Lol, I'm neither Millennial nor Gen Z, but a Gen-Xer who doesn't want to use the phone. But, hey, why have this online appointment setting service if you can't even use it? And back in the older days, around 15 - 20 years ago, I'd go to a Floyds and never pay the same. The cost seemed kind of arbitrary as it changed on the whim of the person doing the charging. Nowadays, the prices are all listed on their site in concrete terms. I appreciate not having to guess how much I will pay for my bob cut. Okay, well, I'm rambling so will end here, and it looks like I've done my share of complaining. Sorry! But, overall, I love Floyds, and I'm thrilled with my latest cut by Deb. She's awesome!

Floyd is great. Once you find the right person to cut your hair, it’s very easy to get in and out. The convenience is awesome. They’re cancellation policy sometimes it’s a little screwy, but I understand other people are flakes.

Rissa is awesome. She always treats me friendly and with respect. How whoever works the front isn’t respectful. I had to call three times before they answered, then was put on hold for five minutes, then I was hung up on. Called back and put on hold for another three minutes.
