Great service, expert stylist.
Great haircut. Personable staff.
Price is reasonable, I like the vibe in the store. Some haircutters are better than others. Brian, who cut my hair this time, listened to my request and executed very well. He also offered to shave my neck and trimmed my eyebrows, both of which were appreciated.
By the way, I go to a separate location to get my ears waxed, and they charge me $40 or so for just the ears. Another $20 for nose if I want that. It would be nice if Floyds would consider adding that service to its repertoire.
The friendliest staff that gives the best haircuts. Always leave feeling great.

I can’t say enough great things about Whitney, the stylist who cuts my 5-year-old son’s hair. Whitney is patient, detail-oriented, and always makes sure his cut is perfect. Whitney takes the time to ask how we like it, makes notes for next time, and truly cares about getting it just right.
Megan cuts my hair exactly the way I want, not how she wants. Excellent customer service!
Amie was incredibly welcoming and engaging. She gave me a great haircut with such ease. I usually go to another barbershop because of a friend, but if he's ever unavailable like this past week - I’ll definitely be coming back to see Amie.

I feel so welcomed here compared to shops i’ve been to in the past. The atmosphere is great and all the stylists are so friendly and always cut my hair how I like. The reservation system is so easy to use as well I’m very happy with this location and plan to come here for the foreseeable future!
Got my haircut with Megan a few days ago and she was awesome. She’s got a great touch, really pays attention to the details, and is super professional and attentive. Definitely recommend her if you’re looking for someone who knows what they’re doing.
