I loved that all the staff cared about our opinions of their work! They were very dedicated and conscientious. We had a disappointing experience awhile ago, but Floyd’s went above and beyond to make it right, the next time we came in. That rectification is exactly why we came in, twice, after that. We loved that we were able to schedule 3 appointments, basically, at the exact same time, get fantastic service, get fantastic results, and only had to spend a total of 45 minutes (or less) for all 3 haircuts!
