The lady at the front checkin was extremely kind and patient when I called 3 times to change my appointment. She helped me find the salon after I exited the # 3 Santa Monica Bus at Lincoln Blvd and Rose Avenue. My stylist, Ash, did a tremendous job on my hair cut and goatee trim. I really got my best hair cut and experience this last Saturday at Floyd’s on Venice and Rose. Thank you all; I have had Ash cut my hair and trim my beard twice and will ask for her again when I return in a month for my next buzz cut and goatee trim.
