I think the cut turned out very well. I asked the stylist for my 12 year old son to “make it look cool, like a clean haircut but not look at me I just got a haircut.” She somehow managed to understand and effectuate that.
Love your barbers, staff and the look and feel of the stores. Lately, I do NOT like that you went from 30 minute to 20 minute appointments. The last few times I have had to wait since 20 minutes is not enough to get the quality haircut I am used to getting. Please switch back to 30 minute appointments to give your excellent staff time to give us the quality we are used to. The barbers are great and do top notch work! P

Shane was awesome! Extremely efficient, professional, and affable. He's obviously highly skilled at his craft. But he's also got the people skills to draw in and keep customers (myself included!). He's the type of employee you want to keep! Great experience overall.
