Shane was (as always) prompt and efficient, paying close attention to details- The hair wash, warm towel facial, the great cut and fade to the neck, neck shave, and massage at the finish; friendly and personable, welcoming and hospitable. I always leave Shane’s chair feeling relaxed like a mini spa treatment, and confident with my haircut.
