I appreciate the first stylists I talked with being openly honest about not having experience working with my hair type. Not only did she find a second stylist that was able to properly assist me, but she took a few minutes to sit down and shadow the stylist cutting my hair so as to better learn.
The cut was quick and looked fantastic as well. That’s to say that the overall service experience exceeded my expectations.

Ashley is an amazing and personable stylist! Always makes me feel like a valued client and assures that I’m satisfied with my cut. Ashley takes the time to listen to directive of how you’d like your hair cut and checks in with progress during the cut to ensure your expectations are being met while she performs her craft! I also appreciate that my booked appointment time is when I’m seen and I’m not kept waiting for extended periods of time.
