The shop was busy from the moment they opened, but the team as a whole had a great positive energy. And the front desk had a good system for prioritizing appts and walkins. It just felt great being inside the shop. My stylist was excellent. Attentive, and very fast and efficient. I havent had a cut so fast since I was a kid, honestly. And it came out beautifully. A day later here, and I have no complaints.
