Roy was knowledgeable about the style I wanted and told me exactly what he was going to do to help me get what I was going for. He also recommended a great product based on my specific hair type.

Convenient location. Convenient online booking. Patty (Patricia Salazar) was able to decipher all of my wishes and photos according to what suited my unruly hair texture and face shape. Her shampoo massage pressure was also soooo relaxing along with the warm towel on my face. I love that the sink was right there in front of the chair. I could just stay in one place for the whole shampoo and cut. The cut exceeded my expectations. She was also great with my daughter’s bangs and trim as well. Fast and precise! The prices are very reasonable for the quality and service.

She was also great with acknowledging customers coming in if the front desk staff was away. Really happy with my recent experience.

Rudy does a great cut! He’s fast and has good instincts for what’s best for my hair. (I don’t like the color products Sara uses. Burns my scalp - never had that problem anywhere else.)

I'm basically your target demographic - a guy who doesn't like to spend too much time in the salon. But what has kept me coming back are the stylists. Brie is great and got my hair right the first time.

Kookai is such a talented and great stylist! Moved to LA a year ago and happened to be paired with her. I've never gone to anyone else since. She is very skillful and I know I'm in good hands. I let her do what she thinks is best and it always turns out better than anything I would have thought.

style & ease of access

My stylist, Nancy, is a true professional and consistently gives me some of my most favorite cuts. She provides the most exceptional service and makes me feel super comfortable whenever I’m in her chair. 10/10

We didn’t get any products but all three of my kids got cuts this week between Monday and today. The stylist were all very nice and patient with my kids and did a great job. Alicia who cut my daughter’s hair on Monday did such an incredible job. She was so patient and kind and made sure to give her exactly what she wanted and that it was perfect. My daughter can not stop looking at her hair in the mirror and loves her cut more every minute. It was such a great experience for her that my 2 boys who have been terrified of a hair cut for years finally agreed to get a trim to keep their hair healthy seeing how happy their sister was. The boys both just got simple trims but their stylist were kind and efficient and both boys were happy with their cuts when we left. My youngest was the only one that had a slight complaint and that was that he didn’t get a dum dum sucker. (I was not sad to not have him get one) All in all our experiences this week were wonderful and I would recommend Floyd’s to everyone.
