The front desk staff rotates but are kind & courteous. Seems like there is "always" a technical problem with paying for services. It's happened to me a dozen times over all the years I've been coming there.

Products are too expensive & the website is somewhat difficult to make appointments.

I accidentally booked for the 15th instead of the 4th and they got my son in instantly by moving things around. My son has autism and hates getting his hair cut and doesent like the alcohol wipe because it burns. Brandon did awesome with him he walked out happy as a clam and says he will only go to Brandon.

I always get my haircut by Rudy,’s name is Rudolph, at the Mar Vista store. He is the best hair cutter I have ever met in my entire life. No one knows exactly how to cut any type of hair. My two step sons go to him. I would never go to another haircutter than Rudy. You guys have a superstar in that guy. The store is good. It’s usually clean. It’s in a nice location and windows open wide when the weather is nice, but Rudy is the reason I go there.

I think the shop is clean and I am happy with Stacy. Consider rewording your communication when the hair stylist does not show and the client needs to reschedule. You do not use the words, “please accept our apologies for the inconvenience” and the client needs to reschedule. Your communication does not take into account that the client is needing to change his/her schedule to make another appointment.

You should include a question asking what can the company do better.
