I was happy with my haircut, the employees were friendly, I did not wait long, and I like the atmosphere.

This location probably has one of the best customer services I have ever experienced. Right now I am going through a major financial hardship, I went to cut my hair next door that would only cost me $18. I came in to Floyd's to take a peak. I was feeling anxious, down, and nervous especially because of my finances. Candace was at the front, she was gentle, kind, and a great listener. She was able to hear what I needed without being judgmental or arrogant. She wanted to find the best accommodation, stylist, and way to make it work with my time constraint and my style concerns. I then left and came back, she was on her lunch so Blush/Blue helped me. Same thing. She was kind, compassion, caring and wanted to work it out. In the end I was able to get Alexis. One of the best cuts I ever have received. She understood exactly what I wanted and she made it happen. She is a great listener, compassionate, patient and caring. The three of these women were on it. You can sense the team spirit and energy that they held and it felt like the entire shop held this energy. I came in feelings low, sad, scared, anxious and left feeling heard, taken care of, safe, and inspired. The same day I got a call that there was a potential client who wanted to meet the next day, and I was ready to go with my new haircut.
