Floyds is easy to schedule, even when I don't go there regularly. I don't have a specific technician - but every person who I have gotten an appointment with has been good, caring, attentive. The open windows (in the right weather) are a great addition. The place feels homey and the service is prompt. No pretentious people - just a lot of people doing their job well. I think my stylist was Alejandra - and she was lovely.
