Friendliness, comfortable setting, the appointments are met right on time. They have customers of all ages. The stylists must be doing something right. Griselda my stylist, is thoughtful and friendly. She does not spend time chatting but instead uses the time to focus on my hairstyle. She's the best tylist I've had in many years and at age 75 that says a lot.
