I've had a common problem with barbers not giving me the haircut that I want and not communicating with me at all. I leave the shop frustrated and dissatisfied, not only because I didn't get what I wanted, but because I had no opportunity to clarify or correct them. My barber at Floyd's worked with me before, during, and after the haircut to make sure I was satisfied with the haircut, and that I was fully informed about what she was doing and why. I felt totally comfortable and reassured in the chair, and left extremely happy with my experience and the result. I will absolutely be returning for future haircuts! Thank you, Bethany!
