I got very attentive service from Alex for my last haircut. I believe he must be relatively new to Floyd’s Hermosa and he is an excellent barber.

Mateo is excellent at fading in the lines that show a detailed grade of light to darkness depending on the thickness of hair. It is a hard skill to obtain that very few ever achieve.

My stylist was communicative and clear in understanding the type of cut that I wanted. She checked in several times during the cut In order to make sure that it was meeting my expectations. She was also very thorough in her process. On top of that, she was very personable, positive and kind which helped make the overall experience excellent.
