Receptionist's customer service and her friendly manner. Maria who got my hair cut and did an amazing job. Last but not least its ample location, nice ambience and music selection.

Love Freddy. But hate the booking system. Appointments are hardly ever on time because people get overbooked or take walk ins right before appointments. That's my number one issue and why I sometimes go to other places
