Hollie was a gem. She took time to listen, ask good questions, understand my issues, and then took the cut in phases so I could feel satisfied with the process. And my cut was awesome!

Alicia was friendly and welcoming without being corny. She was professional and we had a real human interaction, not a manufactured customer service experience and I appreciate that. She also did a great job on my beard, she’s a skillful barber and cares about her craft.

Wendy is my go to stylist. She does fantastic work and takes her time to make sure it’s the way I like it styled. Lisa is also an excellent stylist, my second go to.

The people!! The staff at this location are amazing! Bianca is by far the best barber I've ever had. I've been going to Floyds for years, but when I found Bianca 3 years ago, I never let anyone else touch my hair.

Amazing service. Mercury listened and did exactly what I wanted. I have had some terrible haircuts where what was done did not compliment my hair at all, but Mercury was amazing. I am truly so happy with my haircut and with the service provided. Will definitely be back!
