Every time I have an appointment at Floyd’s, the front end staff is very friendly which kicks off my experience there. Vanessa is great & takes pride in providing a wonderful haircut experience. She spends the perfect amount of time & care which leaves me impressed by my haircut! Floyd’s Grip Cream is a must for my hair style, so I make sure I have one on hand.

Lisa Marie does excellent work. She listens carefully and makes excellent suggestions.

I'm not a fan, however, of the new 20 minute appointment schedule.
