I had an appointment at the South Glen location at 10 AM. I get to the store 15 minutes early. I’m in the car getting ready to walk up to the door and receive a text that my appointment needs to be canceled and rescheduled due to a power outage. I’m in my car and can see the lights on and the Barber pole spinning on the outside of the building. I walk up to the door at 9:45 to see what’s going on and the three girls behind the desk look at me and will not answer the door to talk to me. so I went out to the car and made an appointment called the Southwest location on Wadsworth and spoke with a very nice lady who said that they would get me in and take care of everything that I needed. I appreciate that because my only day off is Wednesday . I was placed with Casie who was wonderful and very pleasant. I’ve already rebooked my next appointment and this Casie and Southwest will be my go to location moving forward. I’d like to thank everybody at the Wadsworth location for a job well done as customer service was well executed.
