I've already written a Google review about this but my favorite thing is that I can go to any Floyd's, see any person, and know that I will get a quality haircut. I think my haircut is pretty simple and I'm not very particular about it. I actually like going to different stylists a lot of the time because, since it is so simple, everyone does it a little different. At Floyd's, I don't have to find the one person who can cut my hair and only stick to them. I can pick any day, select "anyone" in the app, and know that it will go great.

I had a very good experience with Anila. She was a little hard to understand with her accent, but, she was very nice and conversational. She was did a very good job cutting my hair, she was very thorough paid very close attention to every detail.
