K. with me, my regular hair person was out of town. I brought a photo of what I was thinking for a cut. She did a fabulous job. In addition, she made a suggestion re. one part of the cut (to make it more feminine-looking, IF I wanted that. I did!

She asked me if I wanted any hair product st the end, and would I like a massage (yes, please)!

The scheduler worked with me to get me in when I found out my oil change would take longer than first expected. GREAT service!!

I haven't been to floyds in a few years because i don't have a ton of hair and my hair is simple to cut with clippers and I just go to great clips because it's cheaper. i had a card for a free cut so I went to floyds to get my hair cut. Because i don't have a lot of hair i kind of figured all haircut experiences and quality were equal. After visiting floyds again i stand corrected. my experience and quality of cut was just better than great clips. my hair looks better because my stylist was better. It was a great experience, even though it's more expensive I will probably go back to floyds.
