Nic, was awesome as a stylist. He asks what you want then consistently delivers. Seems like Floyds has had lots of turnover in stylists and management should put some things in place to incentivize them to stay and build relationships with clientele.

The barber was so nice with my son. She made him feel calm and relaxed and didn't rush the haircut, which was great for him and his hair turned out cute!
Front desk greeted me promptly, my appointment started on time, stylist (Nic) went over what I wanted and made suggestions. Nic told me about products to style my new haircut. When I checked out I was told about a fundraiser that would save me $ on future cuts/product.

Nic does an awesome job cutting my daughter’s hair. It’s kind of a complicated cut, but he does really well with it. Nic is also so kind to her and gets her talking. She loves her time with him.

Pretty much everything!! It might be getting time to redo the posters on the walls though. I just wish you could replace with exactly the same poster you have now. Please don’t ever replace John Lennon wearing the Beastie Boys tshirt.
