This was the best service I have had a Floyd’s in a long time. I used to think of it as a step up from the usual places but lately it didn’t seem like it. This time was certainly a step up, she did a great job talking about what I wanted to do before during and after. I came in with longer hair and cut a lot off so it wasn’t really a Maintenance type of cut. She told me about what would happen if I left certain areas long or shorter so I felt like I knew what I wanted vs her just cutting away. Really good, keep her happy, keep her there!

I love your staff! Over and over at more than one location I have had such an excellent experience with staff. So kind, funny, and interesting not to mention consistently good at cutting hair. Creating and maintaining culture is hard, keep up the great work!
