I like the fact that Floyd has a very convenient and Reddy service that is available wherever I go and I felt that Todd was very welcoming, extremely professional, and had the tools to take care of me and the best way that he could and the environment was very welcoming.

I'm so glad for a chance to offer feedback because our stylist was WONDERFUL! And I don't even know his name. My daughter wanted a pretty dramatic cut before going back to school and was a little nervous (as was I), but the stylist listened to her so wonderfully. He was lighthearted and encouraging and kept her smiling and relaxed during the whole experience. After finishing this review I'm going to call Floyd's and get his name because we want to have him do our family's haircuts again! The cut is absolutely adorable and she feels so confident. Thank you Floyd's!
