The manager at the location values customers feedback and they seem to care about their quality. Vanessa was super sweet and helpful, and very understanding. She helped fixed my hair and took time off lunch to do so, I did not expect this and I felt bad that she took time off lunch and I hope to pay her back. She did an amazing job at resolving it and very thankful because of it!
