The "talents" . . . truly "artisans" . . . at the Colorado Springs Northgate 'Floyd's' unerringly listen to what I'm seeking in a styling for the petty pace of day to day, as well as "needing" for special focus for an upcoming role in any imminent filming gig.

I like the people. Kerry and Anastasia always do a great job on my boys’ haircut. The one and only time we had an issue with a stylist, Kerry and Anastasia fixed their hair and got me out of the situation. (The cut was uneven, I said something and she said that I don’t want the kind of cut I asked for. She fixed it with just two swipes of the razor but then when I said it looked great, she kept going on about the cut and continued to cut his hair more. My son said it was the most painful haircut he ever had. She had already cut my first sons hair(messed that up too). I was just going to pay for the haircuts and leave but she kept trying to argue with me. Kerry saw that I was uncomfortable and asked me what was going on. She fixed his hair quickly and defused the situation. Kerry and Anastasia helped a lot.) I appreciate the awesome customer service. Thank you
