Kerry O is just fantastic. She’s highly skilled at her craft and just the nicest person. Our adult son is Autistic and goes independently to get his hair cut. Kerry chats with him and confirms that what is in the system is what he wants each time, even though he never changes. The staff at the front desk then always help him to pay and confirm his math for the 20% tip he wants to leave. He loves going to get his hair cut by himself and thinks Kerry O and the staff at Floyd’s is just the best.
