Vinny did an awesome job. We had been on the road for 4 months and I hadn’t had a cut because my hair is naturally very curly with tons of cowlicks. My wife is very picky and every time we have had someone else cut my hair it was horrible , misshaped with chunks out of it. This haircut was as good as my regular stylist. The appointment was easy to set. I would recommend Vinny 100 percent

My stylist was excellent and professional. My only issue with my experience was the wait time despite making an appointment online. Every stylist but one had an upcoming appointment, so by not specifying a stylist, I was left sitting 20 min after my appointment time. It feels Frustrating, if unintentional, that I would wait longer because I didn't specify a stylist. I would suggest modifying your system so that a booking for any stylist still reserves a time with a specific stylist who is free.

It’s easy to schedule an appointment. The front desk person is nice and efficient with operations both checking you in and cashing you out. The stylists are kind and listen to what my son wants. He saw Dolly this last time and loved her. We will definitely be going back to her again.
