Paul has been the ONLY person to ever make my son want to come to the barber. He is higher functioning Autism (Aspergers). I have been in tears as my child is in pain from his sensory overload each time clippers hit his head. Each time he has panic attacks in he chair. Comments of cruel nature that I then anger to and address. Everyone but Paul had made my cub feel awful. I have cried happy tears, as my cub who is 9 now ask when we are seeing Paul next. When is Paul at the shop mom!? Paul made me look so good! Lol, he struts and Paul is a family man and an excellent leader and skilled. We are blessed for him and hope he makes management at the N. Academy location. He can do so much more than asst manager. He leaves we leave and that's 200% how it will be if he does. We love you Paul....thank you for everything you've given my son inwardly. 💙
