Absolutely everything we love. Now that you guys don't have the front desk receptionist a mess anymore, things have been great as usual. There had been multiple times the receptionist had double booked, or not even booked at all it would seem for my son's appointment. Then would have the nerve to tell me that our appointment is moved last minute, or needs to be canceled. Like n "oh well, and just make it work.". That's completely BS and so unprofessional. No one and nothing else had ever been an issue prior, nor now minus that. We are forever a client to you guys, and hope to see Paul as GM one day! My son loves him and his special needs make that hard for him. Paul is amazing and so worth coming. The built a relationship on trust and pure love of one another. We just love you guys so much. ❤️
