Lia had awesome attention to detail and I ended up with the exact look I wanted. She took her time and did amazing. This was an extreme makeover situation (not a trim or a normal cut) and I needed the perfect person to pull it off. And she was definitely the right one. I’ll be back time and time again!

The staff was unaware that the cut my son was getting was the first cut he decided on his own. This tender hearted momma sat with pride beaming while I watched my 16 year old make his own life choices. Walked in with confidence and walked out looking sharp! Not to mention, a stylist shared girl scoot cookies with me! Thanks Floyd's!

I don't remember the name of the Asian Gal. That cut my hair she had numerous tattoos and she was very polite. Being open Sunday was a real bonus. I had an important appointment on Monday. I had just returned from Mexico and I looked like a Homeless man with long hair unevenly cut. After she was done I still looked like a Homeless man but at least I had a really good haircut. Thank you.

All of the stylists are great. Natasha in particular did a great job, was very knowledgeable and helpful with my hair needs. All of the products available are good and the giant bottles of shampoo and conditioner have been game changers.
