I’ve had some experiences at Floyd’s that were not that good in the past. This is the first time I’ve been to this location and I want to recognize Thomas. He was welcoming, friendly, and even though I didn’t give great specifics about my haircut, he gave me exactly what I wanted. Hair is important, a way to feel confident, and Thomas helped me achieve that confidence in my look. He was patient and smooth in his work and I am absolutely so happy with the way it turned out. He is a great employee and will return for his service in the future. I hope this makes his way to him as I really appreciate his work and the way his haircut makes me feel.

My son's favorite stylist is Tausha! She takes the time to understand what he wants in a cut, as well as how to style his hair with recommended products. She's a keeper!
