I like that I'm always welcomed when I come in, first from the person at the front desk, then from Nic V, my hair stylist.
Nic is attentive to how I'd like my hair, and will ask questions to verify that we're both on the same page.
The venue is clean, and it doesn't seem like patrons wait for very long before they are brought back for cuts or other services.
Nic does an excellent job, and offers additional services or products.

I like being able to make an appointment. The appointment time is usually honored near the time it was made for. I always get a good haircut from whatever stylist I have used.
Town center is the only Floyd’s to go to. The shop is clean and the people are friendly.
