Tried another haircut chain that opened new shop. Got three haircuts there by two stylists…last one was a scalping that took 8 weeks to come back a bit. Came back to Floyd’s and my hair stylist, Amy. Again she provided an outstanding haircut. Amy is experienced, professional and a superb person and I back. Amy is the best!

I always go to Brailey at Floyds in HR! She is awesome! She’s been cutting mine and my dad’s hair for years and only go to someone else if she’s too busy or issues with her schedule. The front desk girl (I think its Tessa or Tess) is always very kind as well! Love coming here!

My 6yo had the best experience. I shared what I hoped for with his haircut (mainly that it was short enough that it didn't hang in his eyes) and that he hoped for a design shaved into the side. Karina asked him as well, and he got to tell her exactly what he wanted. It formed a sense of independance for him, and he walked out confident and happy. Karina was amazing with him! Will be back!

I followed Nic to this location from previous Floyd’s location at SouthGlenn. He doesn’t attract clients he cultivates connections which keeps folks coming back. And.., he’s awesome!! I’ve also had very pleasant interactions with staff checking me in and out. Environment is welcoming and chill 👍
