Javier is so kind, patient and understanding. My son is developmentally disabled and getting his hair cut is very difficult. But my son likes Javier, Javier understands my son, and Javier gets the cut right every time.

Your people are very good. Mine is a rather simple haircut, but that does take a little bit of extra care. My only complaint is that the turnover is a bit high and I can never get the same person.
