Friendly; good haircut from Emily. I know she's an introvert (we have talked about that) but she always makes an effort to engage me. Must be really exhausting for her. She also does a great job.
I felt I got a better haircut than at the bargain, strip mall chain places, while only paying a couple of dollars more. Plus it was way easier to schedule than the stylist I had been using, who was booked out more than a month in advance.
It's important to me to be able to get a good haircut on my schedule, I don't need one more thing I need to book weeks in advance.
