We love Rachel! Over the last few years we've built a fantastic relationship with her, as long as we're in the area, and she's cutting hair, we'll be looking forward to seeing her. Not only is she great at her craft, she's AMAZING with my 11 year old son, he talks to her like a friend, and always leaves feeling like a million bucks. The last few years have been tough for me professionally, throw on COVID, and three kids, some days I'm at a stress breaking point. EVERY time I've been in Rachel and I have talked candidly about life, gone on a journey together, I've been able to relax, have 30 minutes to just be in the moment, leave feeling refreshed, and thankful for her. Getting a haircut is a commodity found on virtually every corner, at varying price points, with your own slogans, and value propositions. The reality is the people are what make the difference, Muphy is a rock star up front, and Rachel is the best! If someone actually reads these, feel free to share this with the shop manager as both people have turned "getting haircuts" into something special for us.

The continued service levels are awesome. My haircut was a lot shorter than requested. But I can live with it. My family and I have been going the for 13 years. I dont plan on changing anytime soon.
