I very much like Jamie and her love and dedication to her craft. I miss Murph at the front desk - he knew so many people and was always building relationships. I also think you need to go back to the 30 min windows instead of the new 19 minute windows. The crew seemed to be rushed and a bit frazzled compared to before.
