My barber, Thomas, and the receptionist were exceptional. Very friendly, very helpful. My appointment was the last one of the night and they were there, ready and waiting when I got in. I'm sure they wanted to get home after a long day but their customer service was second to none.

I go to Stephanie she does a great job on cutting my hair i’ve been going to her now for about six months we need you guys for a long time the only thing I didn’t like was is I had to cancel my original appointment on Friday because you guys are now making one person close at night and got rid of the receptionist so I had to go an extra week with longer hair I think that’s kind of ridiculous there should be at least more than two people in the store at all times
