This was my 3rd visit to Floyd’s at the Quebec location. And my third service with Kelly,
I’m 79 years old and have had many many hair cuts in my lifetime….Kelly is the best barber I have ever had.
She’s the greatest, I will go to her for as long as she is in the business!
