I travel for work and found this location because it was near the hotel I’m staying at. I’m rather picky about my hair but was in desperate need of a cut. I found this location because it’s close to the hotel I am staying at.

The person at the front desk was welcoming and got me checked in quickly. The person that cut my hair did a fantastic job and exceeded my expectations. I am very happy with my hair and the service I received.

I would definitely go back if I lived in the area.

Kacey is awesome. I always leave extremely happy with the way my haircut turns out. It's quick and easy which is what I need with my busy life. From booking my haircut, checking in, and then the most important part getting a fresh clean cut. I moved away from the area and drive over a half hour to have Kacey cut my hair.

I’ve been a long time customer of the Castle Rock location, but with the repeated poor quality I was forced to now drive 15 miles farther away to get a quality cut. The good news is that I got a fantastic haircut from Sydney at the Highlands Ranch location and she actually was attentive and focused on doing quality work. Not just racing to get done as quickly as possible, like is done at the Castle Rock location.

I work in the finance industry and try my best to look like a professional. It no longer worked for me to look like I got it cut at a ‘childrens’ barber. Sydney restored my confidence in the Floyd franchise and the quality of service I grew to appreciate.

I hope this feedback is seen as helpful to reestablish that level of quality and consciences at the CR location.
