I love the folks here. I will say I am disappointed in Floyd’s as a company though, as I heard the corporation is making some changes that will really impact the stylists and their income. I sure don’t think a large corporation needs to be keeping any more money from their employees. Everyone should be able to make a living wage, and billionaires should support that since these employees are the hardworking folks that keep CEOs from having to actually do anything to earn their money. Do better for your employees.

My son is special needs and consistency is important to him. He has had the same stylist for about four years. My son is very comfortable with her and we, his parents are so appreciative of that. She understands his disability and is able to actually have conversations with him.
