Amber is very detailed and took the time to understand my requests. The product suggestion she gave was something that I’ve been missing out on and I’m really happy that she’s was knowledgeable about my specific hair care needs.

Alicia does an amazing job of recommending haircuts and beard styles that look good on me, always remembers what I had done last time, and is a great conversationalist. I also enjoy the general atmosphere and vibe of Floyd's and the music being played.

I think the challenge for (all) salons is turnover. It's hard to find someone you like for consistency and confidence in skill and friendly. Just when you find someone, they leave.

I am not great at explaining the kinds of hair styles I like and all of the stylists are incredibly kind. I do have diagnosed face blindness and I feel bad for not sticking with one stylist, this is of course no fault of theirs at all, I just have a really difficult time remembering which stylist I saw. Every person I've gone to has been great. The last stylist I saw (Lexi I think her name was?) She was one I will definitely try to remember to go back to. I told her I didnt have a hairstyle preference and do what looked best and she delivered a very great haircut. Thank you to all the members of floyds for your courtesy and professionalism

Everybody I've had cut my hair here has been very talented and I always like my hair. I love & appreciate Floyd's 7 day guarantee so if I'm not completely satisfied, I can go back and get it touched up. After that (if I need to) I'm always super happy with how my hair looks and feels! This location is quite a drive from my house, but is totally worth it!
