The stylist was very kind. I have been feeling incredibly self conscious with thinning hair and she gave me a really great cut that looked very clean and helped to cover up the thinning spot. I am grateful for such a nice haircut.

My stylist listened to what I wanted, and then have me her opinion on what to do. After the cut she thought more should come off. I agreed and my cut came out great.

My daughter has been taking her sons there for about 4 years or more now. We always see the same stylist Courtney she is really good with the boys and always has been even when they were toddlers. She does an excellent job you just need to show her a picture and she follows it very well also she follows verbal descriptions very well, too. I am very picking and a micro manager and Courtney is very tolerant of me even when I can see I am annoying her alittle. I don't mean to, I just hate a bad haircut who doesn't? I do apologize to her for my micro management behavior,😜 but like I say she is very patient. It's not that I'm loud or horrid. I am not aggressive in any manner please don't get the wrong idea. I'm just trying to explain how wonderful she is. I and my grandsons just think she is great. I'm just trying to make sure eveyone knows what a wonderful job she always does again like I say to her and others, she is an excellent stylist. I have watched the other stylists cutting men's and childrens hair while I'm waiting for my grandson they always do a really good job. They are on time with their appointments with my experience. I've never heard anyone complain so, YES, I would recommend Floyd's and give them a 10 which they deserve in my opinion. Even when you can tell they have been having a long and tiring day they always have a smile for their customers. Yes! I, my daughter and her sons enjoy going into their establishment and will continue to do so in the future.
