Great people, great experience

Stylist was nice, however, rushed my hair cut. I came in with my hair up; when I went to take it down, I was told to keep it up.

When asked what we were doing I said I wanted my undercut taken to a 0 with the trimmer. I also explained multiple times I had side pieces that needed to be separated that were currently up and blocking part of the area I wanted shaved down.

Even though I explained this, th side pieces were never separated. My hair was put back up before showing my cut so I couldn't see the area I was concerned about until I got home.

I'm disappointed in my last experience. I intend to go back and pay to have my hair touched up by Irma. I previously had a cut by her and was pleased with it and my experience. She just wasn't available when I tried to book online. Next time I'll wait for her!

Stylists are friendly and skilled. Lizzie did exactly what I asked and I love my cut. The product helps me style it just right.

I love Courtnee! She is always in a good mood, she remembers you and always delivers and awesome haircut. The staff is very professional and courteous. They always greet you and remember you as well. the place is always clean.

Courtney gave my son Henry and I great haircuts. I can’t say for sure the stylists name that cut Wyatt’s hair but she did a great job as well and everyone was very friendly.
