Rachel is always a pleasure to see. She is friendly and welcoming. She takes the time to hear what we want for my son's haircut and does a great job. It's also nice that she remembers my son's name and listens to him as well. I appreciate the location's respect to appointment times and we don't have to wait (at all or no more than 5 minutes) to start the haircut. The receptionists are also very pleasant. Great customer service.

Haircut is awesome
The stylists listen to what you want in your desired hair cut and execute it with confidence. Each one is friendly and personable. If you want to talk you talk, if you don't they will talk. As a woman, I prefer to get my hair done here rather then a salon.
