First time customer...I made an appointment with Rachael because the place that cut my hair a the day before REALLY messed my s*** up. They were then closed for the rest of the week, and I had video conferences scheduled all week...not a good scenario.
Rachael at your shop happened to have an opening so I decided to give y'all a try. So glad I did.

My stylist was very friendly and conversational. She helped me feel confident with my haircut and what I wanted to do. Additionally, she made sure I was comfortable with the length I wanted cut and showed it to me before doing it. As we talked during the cut she paid attention to the little details to make sure it was all even. I am very happy with my haircut and felt very comfortable in the salon overall.
I got a Floyd hair cut and a hair washing. Needless to say they pampered me, with the requested service but also a hot face towel, a massage and got a great haircut 10/10 would get the same services again!

Aside from the awesome haircuts that I always get from Pixie and Bryan (at the Cinema Point location), the one other thing I like most about my visits at Floyd’s 99 is that I feel truly valued whenever I sit in their chair. Pixie and Bryan take their time, making sure every detail is just right, and I never feel rushed. They’re not only skilled but also incredibly friendly, making each visit a genuinely enjoyable experience. Highly recommend Floyd’s for anyone looking for a quality cut with friendly, talented stylists!
