I’m a returning regular for Kai’s services. She is fantastic at what she does and is always friendly. I know her employees enjoy working for her and that is apparent in the interactions I’ve seen up front. Keep up the good work Kai! Look forward to coming back for my next cut.

Everyone is so personable and inclusive. The service are quick when necessary but I never feel as if they are rushed.

I appreciate that the person I have cut my hair remembers the little details about me and how I like/want my hair. I know that seems to simple but that doesn’t always happen at other places I’ve been to. I also appreciate that I occasionally get coupon emails, but I’m not bombarded in my inbox all the time.

Paul was very detailed and made sure I got the exact cut I wanted. The end result was perfect , best haircut I’ve ever had ; and I’m old , I’ve had a lot of haircuts. I’ll be returning and recommending Floyd’s to my family and friends!
